1. Pop cans – everyone is to ask their neighbours for pop cans!

Henry/Rachel/Fraser/Alex will ask Principal at Nelson.

Dean and Chris will ask at Central.

Teren and Brittanie will ask at Milton.

Jon will ask at Bateman.

Alex is drafting a letter to Principals.

2.Dorchester International Brotherhood Camp is on Mother's Day weekend.

3.Venturer Assembly is on April 14th. People who have expressed an interest in

going are Cris, Henry, Jon, Brittanie, David (leader),

Dean, Adam, Rachel, Lawrence, Fraser, Teren (if pool section changes), Matt, and Stephen

4. All-Sections Camp is March 30th. People who have expressed an interest in going

are Alex, Chris, Jon, Henry, Brittannie, Colin, Dean, Adam, Lawrence, Fraser,

Teren, Rachel, David, and Stephen.

5.Maple Syrup – Teren needs to get a receipt in order to sell in China.

6.Creek clean up is April 4th, 5th, or 6th (after Competition Camp).

7.The Thursday after Competition Camp is Thursday Event. Ideas include:

Pool (Rachel), Go Carting (Chris), Laser Tag (Chris), Batting Cages (Matt),

12 pin Bowling (Teren), Swimming (Chris)

8. Kup date sight

9. Banquet is May 6

10. BAF camp around the end of the year.

11. Executive Meeting 1 hour early before March 1st meeting.
