7:29 - Crazy Don the man comes to speak to us before the meeting.

7:30 - Meeting begins.

7:33 - Balloon count on the floor: 4

7:40 - Colin gives us lesson on how to use an agenda.

7:42 - Mike doesn't heed Taylor's previous warnings and over blows a balloon causing it to explode in his face.

7:43 - Is hot chocolate too late?? Seems so. We did not jump on the beast when we had the chance.

7:44 - Balloon count on the floor: 12

7:45 - Hey Mike! Where's our rotation schedule?? Well Mike hasn't fully updated his rib fest draft schedule. He needs more information on attendance and the times of the event.

7:46 - We need to get rolling on comp camp a bit more. The leader meal last year seemed quite a hit so it's on again for this year. Groups are to plan for a "guest" for dinner. Leaders once again need to get in their allergies and stuff to us.

7:52 - Balloon count on the floor: 24

7:54 - We discuss the games for comp-camp….this is a level 4 restricted access so unless you have red level or higher security clearance you cannot view this section.

7:59 - Taylor must e-mail Bill to secure a rope for, uh….something. Certainly something that snooping scout leaders wouldn't be interested in cause it most defiantly has nothing to do with a game for comp camp…no not at all.

8:00 - Balloon count on the floor: 46

8:02 - Here's the schedule for the games for comp camp…..fooled you!! Yes you spies will go home empty handed….no schedule for you!!!

8:07 - Michelle will organize and run the, uh, so and so game (Michelle, you know what I'm talking about).

8:08 - Balloon count on the floor: 397

8:13 - Currently thinking of the cruelest ways we can torture the scouts.

8:14 - We discuss scheduling conflicts and Colin shows us his skill of balloon animals.

8:16 - Three separate fire pits will be launched on the comp camp, one for each group (scouts, venturers, leaders)

8:17 - Balloon count on the floor: 57,456

8:18 - We'll trust Kristine with the trust hike.

8:19 - Bobby will take command on the camp fires.

8:20 - Taylor will help out with the trust hike cause we're not sure if we can "trust" Kristine.

8:22 - We realize we may have run into a conflict of schedules for the spring trip. Currently trying to figure out an alternative night.

8:24 - Dawn hijacks the canoe camp operation.

8:25 - We'll try the ol' bait and switch with the spring camp and the friends camp. Though the schedule is still on debate. Everyone investigate the 9th 10th 11th and the 23rd 24th 25th of May to see how you time table stacks up.

8:29 - Colin to find the price of renting a van for transportation to the canoe camp.

8:32 - The big trip is looked at. General interest has now been cast aside. We now need to look at the details to make the final decision. Colin will create a summery report from the research.

8:33 - Balloon count on floor: 5.7 x 10^27

8:34 - Year bar's, badges from fall camp are gonna be needed to be picked up for scout house.

8:35 - March Break's meeting will be canceled but we'll see if we can get together an event for us to do on the Thursday night.

8:37 - Heather had some difficulty with the forms for her camp, but she eventually succeeded with marginal success. Rides have been taken care of for the trip, and gear seems pretty good.

8:40 - Balloon count on the floor: It's more balloon than floor now

8:42 - We need to plan menu's and stuff. The gear and all will all be up there so we only need to bring food. Mike wants to play strip poker while we're up there. Heather's main problem with this is that it will be cold….not the stripping part oddly enough.

8:46 - Heather loses stuff. No duh?

8:48 - Who can drive on Saturday?? It will only be during the morning.

8:49 - Balloon count on the floor: The balloons have taken over under the tyranical rule of their lord and master Bloonblore!

8:53 - Taylor call's a bed at Heathers cottage. Boo-yah! Called it!!

8:55 - Heather fills out the rest of her forms for the cottage camp.

8:56 - Bloonblore eats Colin.

8:57 - Meeting adjourned….all hail Bloonblore!!
