In attendance: Colin, Heather, Tom, Kristine, General Taylor, John, Rob, Michelle, Dawn Mike(late&cut)

7:30 - Meeting begins. Mike is cut.

7:37 - Mike shows up...but is still cut.

7:38 - Party at John's at 6:00 on June 26th. Bring your bathing suits and tell your friends.

7:39 - We need to do a full gear clean-out to sort out the venturer gear. Taylor undermines Colin's plans to lock the venturers in the cupboard. The 19th will be this clean out date. Oh and the 21st is someone's birthday...I don't know who...could be Heather I guess...ask her yourself.

7:42 - People still owe money to Queen on Numbers...that's Michelle BTW...get it in quickly or kiss your knees good bye...and don't think that it's your friends responsibility to pay cause it's your health on the line, not theirs.

7:44 - Taylor delivers another riveting secretary update. He suggests that we nominate a small rubber ball for secretary in place of John. In Ball we trust.

7:45 - Mike hasn't had the chance to make too much headway in the rib fest/donut sale. Everyone needs to clear their schedules for rib fest...uh, fest.

7:47 - John screws up in secretary duties even though he still has not been voted in. That ball is looking more and more appealing.

7:49 - John auditions the role of secretary by reading the minutes he took from the last few weeks. So far I'm not impressed.

7:50 - Colin says "duty"...again!

7:51 - Don bursts in brandishing his new fangled frying pan.

7:55 - Elections...Taylor will not update minutes for this duration and will claim that it's illegal to record the elections even though he really isn't sure.

8:00 - Well I will update this...John is a nerd...yet still manages to become secretary. Poor ball.

8:04 - Colin explains how a vote of non-confidence works. We contemplate impeaching John.

8:08 - Michelle edges out the Queen of Numbers for treasure by 1 vote.

8:13 - Kristine cannot properly fathom how to work Rock Paper Scissors...and she's running for president as well.

8:22 - Kristine vows to put the venturers ahead of Austin in the priorities in her life.

8:27 - Kristine is now the president.

8:29 - I'm just going to assume that Dawn is going to be vice president...and I'm right.

8:31 - Dawn wishes to change her role to the Fundraising Coordinator.

8:33 - Mike chokes on the RPS chose who'll speak first. It was his for the taking but he fouled out on a technical infraction...twice.

8:36 - John puts on a lavender, purple, pink and magenta afghan...what a maroon!

8:41 - Dawn is now the official Fundraising Coordinator.

8:43 - Heather says that Tom is small...event's coordinator.

8:50 - It's true! Tom is small!...event's coordinator.

8:55 - Heather wins Competition camp coordinator. Horrah!

8:57 - Mike gives a speech for vice president even though there is no one left to compete against. The way I see it he could say just about anything.

9:03 - Mike wins the role of vice president.

9:04 - We need to decide the fate of Large Events coordinator for next year. It is one of the larger roles so it NEEDS to be taken care of. It's going to be coordintate by an executive plus VP plus first years.

9:09 - Be sure to come next week for a fabulous battle of the minutes between the two secretaries. Who will be victorious?? Will it be the awesome might of General Taylor? Or the afghan wearing princess power of little John? Only one way to find out and that's by coming next week!
