November 13th, 2003

Attendance: Mike, Kris, Tom, Heather, Jodie, Dawn, Michelle, Leah, Colin, Jackie, John

8:02- After playing games with little girls Tom unlocks the door and let’s us in.

8:03- Action Items: Kt still needs to get those stoves from Canadian Tire, Mike will pester her about it.

8:04- Adirondaks: John motions that we work on adirondaks on the weekend of December the 5th with out little slave friends—I mean helpers, the scouts. Jackie seconds, and the motion is passed.

8:05- Goals: Kristine tells us about how we need a goal other than the Big Trip this year. Her, Mike, and Colin will work on it. If you have any ideas send it to them.

8:07- Investiture: Investiture will be the 5th, 6th, and 7th weekend.

8:11- Winter Camp: We need to find a place for an alternative winter camp to the snow moot. Tom will search Google for different places we could go to in the area.

8:19- Leaf Raking: On Saturday we are meeting at the Shoreacres house at 9 a.m.. We’ll be fed lunch there. When completed we will car pool back to Roseland for the house there. On Sunday we will meet at the church at 9 a.m. for two houses.

8:23- Fundraising: Our fundraising results are discussed. 8:24- Quality Award: Dawn goes over the quality award. She will make a list of the things we have done for it, and the things we have to do. One requirement is to do three charitable things. We’ve done two, now we’re passing ideas around for a third.

8:36- Payments: PEOPLE NEED TO PAY $20 FOR CO-OP!!! And for those at the sleepover who haven’t payed yet you owe $6.20.

839- Interest: Colin motions that from now on there will be an interest of $1 after every week of not being payed for something. This is effective as of now. So, next week is your last chance for paying for Co-op, the sleepover, and Bring a Friend Camp.

8:44- Payments: Sleepover money has been moved up to $7 because Heather’s pop was not put into the equations. So Kt and Kristine owe 80 cents.

8:46- Payments: Tom, Mike, and Taylor have to check into if they’ve payed $20 for the First Aid, Colin isn’t really on top of things like our queen of numbers.

8:47- Parent Meeting: There will be a letter sent home next week for your parents regarding a parent meeting gor the Big Trip.

8:57- Party: January 3rd will be our non-denominational party of billiards, movie night, and skating.

8:58- Big Trip: Colin will make a practice menu for the Big Trip, Jodie will look into canoe rentals, Colin will look into van rentals, Heather is going to be the boss of OD, and John will make a spreadsheet with the budget of the Big Trip with all of the information sent to him by others.

9:04- Shopping: In the spring we’ll rent a van and drive into Toronto for a shopping spree.
