November 27th, 2003

7:31- Secretary: John recites last week’s minutes.

7:32- Web-site: A tag-board will be put up on the site.

7:36- Fun Night: A lot of talk about fun night dates. Tom will come up with all of them for the year.

7:44- Investiture: We see who’s going to Investiture Camp and if they’ve given the form or not.

7:52- Sleepover: Jodie will be in contact with Scott Graham about the Cub Cupboard sleepover once Colin gives her Scott’s e-mail.

7:58- Winter Camp: Places for Winter Camp are discussed; the Bruce Trail, Balls Falls. Tom will look into it, dates could e the 23rd, or 25th.

8:05- Cakes: We sold all of our Christmas cakes.

8:14- Rain Barrels: Everyone ask around for food barrels (55 gallons) for the rain barrels.

8:20- Bottle Drive: We’ll do a bottle drive after New Year’s, and after the Superbowl.

8:29- Hot Chocolate: Try to sell all of your hot chocolate, but if you can’t then bring your leftovers next week.

8:31- Adirondaks: For Investiture Camp bring shovels, picks, work clothes, work gloves, saw, and be prepared to work for the adirondaks.

8:34- Groceries: Kristine and Heather, don’t forget to go grocery shopping next week before the meeting.

8:37- Menu: If you have problems with the menu that Colin will be sending out speak by Wednesday night, or forever hold your peace.

8:58- Day in Town: Jackie will look into the cost of group tickets for Mamma Mia.

8:59- Packs: Jackie, Leah, Sarah, and Jodie need to bring their packs next week.
