Saturday Breakfast: frozen waffles, syrup butter, apple/orange juice

Saturday Lunch: Soupworks, cold cut sandwiches, Crystal Light juice crystals

Saturday Dinner: cous cous, Crystal Light, beef and vegetable wraps, apple and cheery pie

Sunday Breakfast: bagels with jam, butter/margarine, cream cheese, apple juice, orange juice
