January 15th, 2004

Attendance: Heather, Kris, KT, Michelle, Jodie, Dawn, Jackie, John, Mike

7:11- John reads last week’s minutes, gosh he’s dreamy. Lou would like some Venturers to help with the cub cars, those Venturers have already been picked.

7:12- On the 29th will be the cub cupboard clean out, the painting will not be that night. It’s a Thursday night, we’ll have the meeting then stay up all night cleaning (there’s a PA Day the next day). We will meet at regular meeting time, which is seven o’clock. Before we decide we will actually do this we have to have confirmation that an adult will be present.

7:21- We talk about our fun meeting thing, but we’ll come back to it at the end of the meeting. 7:23- A deposit is due for Big Trip at $150, they are due next week. NEXT WEEK!!!!! We have to make a deposit for John.

7:25- No one has, or cares about Rob’s flashlight.

7:26- There will be a bottle drive on Feb 7th, fliers need to be sent out by January 29th. Dawn will make the fliers, she will also tell the Beer Store that we are doing it. Look into getting trailers.

7:31- Dawn’s taking over Snow Moot due to Tom’s being cut.

7:51- On January 23rd we will have our first fun day (even though it’s half way through the year), we’re going to meet at Tansley Woods at 7:30-9 for swimming!

7:59- Meeting Adjourned.
