7:45- John’s late because of a chiropractor appointment, some action items that were missed are $15-20 for snow moot, $5 for the pig roast at snow moot. $3.75 for the sleepover.
7:46- The bottle drive is February 7th at 10 till about 3. WE NEED FOOD BARRELS!!!!!! We could look into different food production companies.
7:58- Discussions on dates for Winter Camp. Taylor arrives, he seems to be naked under all his clothes.
8:04- May 14-16 is Scout Links, and we should aparently all go.
8:07- Which weekend would be better for you for winter camp? February 13-15, March 5-7? We need to know by Sunday. This is if Snow Moot goes through, if Snow Moot doesn’t work out we’ll “pull a camp out of our a**es”—Colin. A location needs to be confirmed for the camp, Colin will look into Scout Camps.
8:09- Canoe camp is the first weekend in June.
8:17- We want a 2x6 foot sign, and 1.5x2 foot magnetic signs. Heather will look into this, she knows what to put on them.
8:26- Heather needs to rent out the green giant for Comp Camp, along with the two fields, and needs to contact some person ASAP.
8:29- John had his most satisfying moment in his life, and it was good.
8:35- Dates: Comp Camp Apr 23-25, Canoe Camp June 4-6, Scout Links May 14-16, Hiking Camp March 26-28: this is our big trip preperation camp.
8:15- For canoeing we could just do local day canoes, at coots, credit river, guelph lake.
8:23- Heather will e-mail Bill Rice forward a message to other venturer groups since they seem to be afraid of Heather.
8:27- As long as Colin confirms with the church we will have the cupboard clean out cause Graham will be the chaperone.
8:29- Meeting Adjourned.
