Attendance: Tom, Heather, John, Jodie, Colin, Michelle, Dawn, Kristine

7:30- Elections! May 27th, to make the positions we will have to vote on things because we may end up being changing the constitution. Next week everyone should be here so that we can have the 70% to properly vote to change the constitution.

7:42- Competition Camp: There were too many venturers this year, so we should see how many we need and it will be a first come first serve. We had positive feedback. For next year we should put in writing what the kids are being marked on. The registration date should be the registration date. We need to make packages for the venturers and leaders when they arrive at camp. Next year needs more walkie talkies. Make sure people are registered when they go to camp. There will be a registration for venturers before they can set up. We should have a huge binder that has everyone’s name.

7:50- We have to give the groups receipts for the groups that attended comp camp.

8:03- Here are things that people are missing and things that they have.
John: 2 nalgenes, 1 caribeaner, and blue gun.KRISTINE’S DUMB!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tom: has a knife that he thinks is mike’s
Heather: a blue caribeaner
Jodie: has a giant blue tarp and a fork with a B
Dawn: has a green flashlight
Colin: has a green chair, missing a blue chair.
Kristine: missing old nalgene with orage marking tape with her name written on it. She has a bag of kt’s stuff.
Kate Stewart: missing a blue compression sac

8:35- John needs to find the best deal on staying in Ottawa. Tom needs to find out how he will get back to b-town. Tom also needs to get that list done for Sunday night.

8:53- Colin needs to get prices for longe sleeve shirts.

9:01- Meeting Adjourned.
