Minutes – November 18, 2004

Attendance: Colin, Jackie, Jonathan, Kyle, Marla, Leah, Sarah, Tom, Heather, Steve, Michelle (we invested her… finally)

7:00-7:30 – moving tables!!!

7:30-8:03 – investiture!!

8:03 – Should we rent a leaf blower for this weekend? Saturday – we can use the guy’s leaf blower. Saturday we need EVERYONE 8 or 9 at the big house.

8:06:

Jonathan – Saturday till 2ish, Sunday may have church

Marla – All Saturday, Sunday till 330

Leah – All the time

Tom – Sat – 12/1ish, Sunday all day

Heather – no Saturday, Sunday till 1230

Steve –both days

Mike – both days

Kyle – Saturday, Sunday till 1

Sarah – Saturday, Sunday afternoon (after church)

Jackie – Saturday till 4, Sunday till 3

8:11 – Saturday meet at 745 at tom’s, lunch not at tom’s (order in and eat at the house)

8:12 – everyone bring water bottles, Kyle will fund our pizza

8:12 – Kyle has to film a rather mysterious ‘French film’

8:13 – Meet at Tom’s at 745

8:14 – Sarah must repay tom

8:14 – mistletoe mart: breaking even-ish, might clear about 300$ eventually (after all cakes).

8:15 – Sarah’s lizards are popular! ^_~

8:16 – We are appreciated for takedown =D

8:17 – If Jonathan cant get out of church for leaf raking, he will solicit donations for our foundationy thinger.

8:19 – Jackie keeps on hitting the pad

8:20 – Marla uses her joystick. And her agenda. Isn’t it cool? Not really. But the non-Catholics are impressed.

8:21 – we need to make a decision on our donation? SARAH!

8:22 – ‘your mom’ seems to work in any situation, Ex. “What would you do if Colin had a cold?” “Your mom.”

8:23 – ??? huzzah. I am amused.

8:24 – Heather motions that we pay for camps, but the group pays for food when we do stuffs and camps. Jonathan seconds.

8:26 – Jonathan decides that the only purpose of dining shelters is for writing ‘Jason is ugly’ on.

8:27 – Motion passed

8:28 – Kyle tried to lick his elbow. Maybe he’ll turn into a girl. (Louis Sacher – this is for Jackie and her books)

8:29 – On January 21-23 we have Adirondack camp!!! John was in charge of booking it. What will we do there? Skate… snowshoes… what?!?!?! PEOPLE!

8:32 - Heather will find cost of snowshoes

8:33 – Caledonia wants us to come to a game night! No date yet, up to us. Colin might get a projector to play DDR with ?

8:34 – 7-9th of January we are looking at doing the gamey thinger. Indoor camping. Heather plans to make the Caledonia boys watch Moulin rouge.

8:36 – Jonathan has sinned. He has not seen Harry Potter 3.

8:37 – Sarah goes to Tom’s

8:37 – Jackie e-mail Colin passwords for website to fix the “uh-oh’s”

8:38 – Kyle wants to camp in December. He can plan it. Or maybe Kyle’s cottage in June

8:38 – Colin will send us moot links

8:39 – our PA days: Feb 4th, 8:45 – Maybe camp at Manitou 29th weekend

8:46 – Who is Tessa? We learn early dismissal –22nd, ED – June 1. Heehee. ED.

8:39 – Jonathan will not be here on the 2nd due to a DANCE ?

8:40 – we could look at March break for everyone not on vacation.

8:41 – Alternative meeting spots Dec 2, Dec 9th.

8:42 – we need an executive meeting – e-mails Jackie!!

8:43 – Dec 18th – Christmas party – Henry to send us Playdium info, but he’s working tonight.

about Jonathan and Kyle and their girl problems. It was loud. CKBF. Hee hee.

8:47 – we explain girls to Kyle.

8:51 – Heather and Jackie had a hard break-up

8:51 – LOOK INTO MANITOU! Dec 29th ish

8:52 – Were talking about Marla because she’s not listening. Heather tells Stephen she wants to be a cat

8:53 – we haven’t really covered anything yet. Good for us

8:53 – Mike get on the tobogganing thing – maybe camp as well

8:54 – Jonathan will do Blindfold camp! Just 1st PN, 62nd pathfinders

8:54 – its Kyle’s duty to go to Balls falls. Tee hee

8:55 – John – we need an update on competition camp package ? website

8:55 – we survived as a company because of the 62nd GIRLS! YEAH!

8:56 – Scout banquet in February: what will we do?

8:57 – Colin still hates those Germans.

8:58 – We need to clean the scout cupboard. Find a date.
