November 25th, 2004

7:10 - Dorchester Forms! Fill them out and get them into Heather ASAP

7:14 – if Henry can pick up our donation box, it is not full enough. We need to promote our donation\ thingy. More, big, beautiful signs!!

7:15 – Jonathan would make a separate box for Central.. but there is only one box. And we will NOT let him do karaoke on the street corner for money because that would get us nothing.

7:16 – Tell EVERYONE about our thingy! Ask your parental units.

7:17 – Ideas: stand in front of CDN Tire, Make signs shinier (Henry), Strip Kyle down and get people to give us money to clothe him (Tom), use a monkey (Kyle)

7:18 – Heather is a sucker. She said it, not me. She also honks at huge cups and they dance for her

7:23 – Heather has a surprise!! Spring Summer trip!! Jacques Cartier park!! 40 km from Quebec city!! Drive there... with a THEME! BIG theme? New theme? Tour Quebec! See the St. Lawrence! Touch whales! Blue ones! Heather wants a whale to swim under her! Jacques Cartier Park ? lots to do! A river, and trees, and mountains… The river changes! We could do white-water-ing again, or kayaking, or hunting! We could hike, climb mountains, go backpacking, equestrian stuffs (that means horses, Kyle)! We could see moose and lynx and herons and owls and ANIMALS! WOW! All this and more for a LOW, LOW price of 3 easy payments of 99.99! But not really. We’ll fundraise and stuff.

7:27 – Ross floats.

7:28 – Kyle gets shut up. Heather says we have to decide, then decide what we want to do, then a location, then $$. We will go BIKEPACKING.

7:29 – Could take a train, travel time needs to be considered. Maybe 8 hours as this would be on a long weekend or maybe march break. A train would take away pee time. We could get a van or something once we are in PQ. Early July there is a jamboree we could go to. Maybe that’s what we will do because a week is a long time to take off work.

7:32 - Heather will e-mail her thingy out.

7:33 – Do we want spring or summer, and do we want a week or a few days?

7:34 – Heather did something up. It is a calendar. Coming up: Next week we need a meeting place and something to do (P.A. Day!!!) No double sleepovers, Ross. We will die.

7:36 – Jonathan and Kyle make a cute couple. Scrabble wears the pants.

7:37 – Henry wants to do something… Playdium?? Sleepover Thursday, Playdium Friday? O0o0o0o0o0o0o.

7:38 – Our PM’s car ran over some girl apparently. What a lovely country we have XD

7:39 – Heather proposes sleepover Thursday, sleep for like 2 hours, Go to breakfast (12ish), Playdium. Yes, this is what we will do. We will need a few rides, if you can e-mail the group.

7:40 – the next week we need a meeting place (Dec 9th). We need to organize a tobogganing party, Christmas wrapping, Winter camp coming up, spring planning... TONS TO DO!!! Where shall we meet? Everyone check and email the group if we can raid your house for an evening and e-mail out!

7:42 – Dec 16th At the Halton youth children place we do the wrappage. What day can we purchase? Before the 16th ? go shopping that Sunday the 12th at 3:30 at CDN tire in uniform. Our group is donating 100$.

7:44 – We need donations for the Christmas Drive!! Start by donating first yourself! O_o

7:46 – If you buy something for Scouts, get a receipt or Sarah will hire the mob on you. Cement shoes, people. CEMENT!

7:47 - Heather get out address of place we are ALL wrapping on the 16th. In uniform.

7:47 – Christmas party on the 18th??

7:48 – Jonathan’s mom is superscript.

7:49 – Ideas: Movie: Spongebob, laser tag, video games… Lots of people want Spongebob and DDR.

7:50 – February video games night with Caledonia

7:51 – Marla and Jackie sing Spongebob and make Jonathan pray for his life.

7:52 – Could go to AMC, Colin’s coachhouse. Could go to Famous and do DDR and sleepoverrrrrrr. We could get a projector for DDR at Colin’s placey thinger!!!! Oh man!! Marla wants to putting edge. Heather says: Philthy’s? Putting edge? Famous? DDR? Williams!! …might cost too much. Group could pay for dinner… rent movies… could do opposite: Pizza and go out to a movie. Key word: Coach house is empty… too many ideas. We must decide XD

7:57 – Stephen’s paper has his dads name on it. Jonathan is disturbed by Marla’s movies.

Stephen must research the rental price of snowshoes and cross country ski’s. 7:58 – FINAL CHRISTMAS DECISION: Saturday the 18th: Fancy, Dress-up, Potluck dinner at Colin’s! Rent movies, play projector DDR, and not sleep.

8:01 – Tom speaks of our raking. Everyone get their popcorn from Tom’s tonight. Heather must check her sheet.

8:02- Tins are left of Christmas cakes (6ish) SELL!!!! Tom must call Bev or Cynthia to do the selling of cakes after Sunday service.

8:04 – Tom needs to move his product. We need to help him!

8:05 – Colin gives out BIG TRIP PICTUES!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

8:06 – Jackie needs to update calendar, give sheet back to heather

8:08 – Marla wants us to do the 30 hour famine! Awesome! Look it up!

8:09 – Scout banquet – we should plan something. Slideshow, skits, entertainment, etc. 8:10 – Leah wants to do the “Mike goes after us” skit.

8:11 – Kyle gave Mike a wedgie. It was good. And got one in return. Free trade is wonderful ?

8:12 – Leah should do our shopping more often! She was bang-on ?

8:13 - Everyone think about the banquet (February) 8:14 – Moots! Like big-kid co-op camp. We now have a Rover group!! We can have both our groups. Shall we go WITH them, or tell them we’re going and ask them to see if they can come? 8:15 – Venturees coming up. May long weekend, one in April. Could consider this, Caledonia wants us to go with them. They like our girls ?

8:18 – John needs help. We motion and vote that Marla and Jonathan are co-camp chiefs. Huzzah. Motion Passed

8:20 – Leah’s dressing fancy. Ross calls Sarah and old person and gets the mob sent after him.

8:21- We abuse Ross. Heather asks Colin how the reindeer and aphids are.

8:22 – Kyle’s ideas: Needs to find January dates, no time in December.
