Executive meeting

Attendance – Jackie, Colin, Heather, Sarah, Leah, Tom.

6:13 – Heather goes over agenda.

6:14 – Must track comp camp separately from our own account and moneystuffs.

6:15 – Heather will e-mail Sarah the comp camp moneystuffs from last year so that she has it.

6:16 – Tom is the only person in the world that doesn't use e-mail. And we send out like 4 a day. No wonder he knows nothing!

6:17 – Sarah has a list of Coop (pd), section camp, and Caledonia.

6:18 – Jackie gets confused. Due to leah's nodding. I think it means yes. Yet to be confirmed.

6:19 – Lets talk about next year J

6:20 – John has stepped down… and is moving... * cries * Heather wants to do comp again… we think very badly. Her evil face while saying 'I'll do it' suggests this.

6:21 – Jackie would see about next year but doesn't have the time, and Leah would like to but not alone. Perhaps they could together!

6:22 – Leah says anti-clockwise.

6:23 – We pass that Heather will be chief this year.

6:24 – Jackie must update website according to this.

6:25 – Jackie must call Manitou again.

6:26 – We must figure out perspective people for next year.

6:27 – Heather talks about what the president role entails.

6:29 – Heather gets lots of e-mail.

6:31 – the GIC account thing got done. Sarah's awesome.

6:32 – Heather runs meetings. Therefore the president must talk.

6:34 – Our group needs to work as a team. It would make us all happy.

6:35 – We aren't jellin' enough. Ehee. Jellin'.

6:36 – Date for elections: MAY 19TH.

6:37 – Should schedule more executive meetings between now and April, elections.

6:38 – Sarah goes over bills. Sarah takes down who owes what.

6:39 – Heather paid first, beating Tom by a nose. Odds were 3:1

6:40 – Chris comes and visits to ask about the snowmobile camp. Leah can go to first aid for the children.

6:46 – We need to look at a first aid course to do for everyone again in the fall.

6:48 – Leah's "sister" watches the Lizzie Maguire show.

6:49 – Graham comes in and asks if were doing the cupboard. We say not tonight.

6:50 – We discuss means of becoming more Jellin'.

6:51 – Tom could Emcee and do banquet for us. (our entertainment et cetera)

6:52 - Colin to see about getting bus license.

6:53 – need people to take on: Venturer Assembly, Day in Dorchester, OUR comp camp shizzle. (Not Heather, Not Sarah.)

6:54 – Tom will do comp camp

6:55 – Leah will do Venturer Assembly

6:56 – Jackie leaves to find boys.

6:57 – Heather asks if I need to pee. I say no, soi go/…

Actual Meeting

Attendance: Jackie, Colin, Tom, Marla, Sarah, Heather, Leah, Henry, Jon, Steve, Mike.

7:14 – Heather, Leah and I return to the meeting.

7:15 – Heather goes over what were doing this meeting.

7:16 – Colin suggests the people who aren't going to the moot pack while the people who are going plan a menu.

7:17 – Some people need to bring 12$ for Sarah: Heather, Mike, Tom, Sarah, Jackie, Leah, Marla, Jon, Steve.

7:18 – Heather explains the dealio about 1$ extra per week thing. This means that if you don't have the money BY next weeks meeting, we owe 13$, and so on.

7:19 – Caledonia LOTR camp: 8$ - Mike, Leah, Marla, Kyle.

7:23 – Video Game Camp – 5$: Ross, Henry, Mike, Steve.

7:25 – It's the PEELINGS!

7:26 – Colin paid the registration for Dorchester already. Nobody has paid for Dorchester yet. Jon ordered a t-shirt.

7:27 – Jon has paid for Dorchester camp and his t-shirt.

7:29 – food is passed around! Yay!

7:31 – Boys must bring girls to BAF as we only have Will coming up next year. Eep.

7:33 – Non-mooters go pack up.

7:34 – Sarah goes over menu.

7:36 – We put to vote that Jackie will NOT make the cherry walnut cuscus porridge.

7:37 – Bring clubbing clothes. Sweet. Leah questions the word clubbing. Sarah had a dream about fancy clothes at camp and an iron.

7:40 – Jackie plays with the laptop.

7:41 – remember veggietron? Awww.

7:42 – Colinchicken is …. Mmmmmmmmmm. With the sauce. And the sauce.

7:43 – Sarah and Leah will do grocery shopping for the moot.

7:43 – Heather writes on Mike's stomach and says its ugly. Mike tells her to "Get outta here."

7:44 – Heather is surprised at the amount that she eats. We will need a 1L bottle of propane to get the lantern going. And a stand.

7:45 – Colin looks like the Wallace dude from Wallace and Grommit. When he smiles funny, he resembles Wallace eating cheese, according to Leah.

7:46 – Sarah needs to type up and send Colin the menu. He will get it to the rovers.

7:48 – Colin can't get to tobogganing on Sunday (1-3) 7:49 – Mike needs to get someone to sign something for tobogganing.

7:50 – Bring friends and family. We will need to help clean up the lodge.

7:51- Heather can take her and 3 others. Jackie can probably take her +5. Colin can take Leah if shes got Karate, Sarah can maybe drive up as well.. Mike can laugh evilly well. Someone wrote Mouahaha on Sarah's locker.

7:52 – Rides home – Jackie should be able to. (her +5)

7:58 – Heather and Colin will give blood then come to venturers. Awww.

8:12 – Listening to music… Heather comes in and I think we have to start again….

8:17 – Heather takes out some sheet. Oh, it's the event schedule from last year comp camp.

8:20 – Tom leaves, Marla gives him the famine info. Tom needs to say that were on for BP day.

8:22 – Henry over-describes.

8:25 – Everybody's job for next week is to have an idea for the wide games.

8:27 – Assistant camp chiefs. Henry volunteers.

8:28 – Heather motions that this years co-chiefs are Henry and Leah. Jon seconds. Unanimous. They're in.

8:29 - Jackie needs to update the website according to this.

8:30 – heather goes over things to be done at comp camp.

8:31 – Henry has to contact Bill Rice and get every other venturer group's contacts.

8:32 – Need to go over marking scheme VERY SOON.

8:35 – Colin has a green thumb. Literally.

8:37 – Henry volunteers to do the score sheets. That will be his thing. Heather will help him.

8:39 – Heather reveals that she is psychic and knows who will do what job!

8:45 - Heather and Jackie send Henry venturer contacts.

8:54 – Famine talk!

8:56 - Leah needs to update our bulletin board and add famine stuff.

8:57 – March 4th, 5th. 6th. (6pm-12pm the next day?)

9:00 – everybody do your best to get donations!!! Wear your uniform!!

9:01 – Maybe at Colin's coachhouse? Maybe at Marla's?

9:02 – Donations due on the 4th.

9:03 – Friday at Marla's, Saturday at Colin's?

9:04 – Marla has information and posters
