7:08 – there are prep camps for CJ - including comp camp – where we will have a bugout for emergency preparation
7:10 – Colin gives a fitting description of our venturer company and what we do to the attendees.
7:17 – Scouts of the world… unite! On a video conference!J
7:19 – New changes for the CJ: there will only be about 8000 people, It’s in Quebec, there is no “grocery store” at this jamboree, there is a set menu. We could also bring our own food, like on the big trip
7:24 – early registration means good events!!
7:27 – for paying for CJ – we have done in the past, the group, the venturer, and the parents each paid a third of the cost.
7:36 – Jackie and Sarah will be 19 by the time of CJ07, so we could be advisors!
7:39 – The USA isn’t having a jamboree next year, so there could be Americans. Or brits J
7:40 – Badge trading is AWESOME. There will be badges from EVERYWHERE!! So bring lots of badges!!
7:42 – We should learn FRENCH. Yay!
7:45 – Knives are awesome.
7:46 – Colin et le Henri will be doing communication.
7:49 – Basically everything is due in December.
7:55 – Emergency information, medical stuff and all will be dealt with later.
8:04 – More fundraising will be needed, as well as pernt participation.
