7:01- meeting starts

7:04- talking about handing out flyers

7:07- new person, Chris, introduces himself

7:10- name circle

7:15- leaving in groups to hand out flyers

7:20- getting ready to go hand out flyers

7:25- 3 people went to hand out flyers

7:30- Henry announces an Executive meeting will be held at 6 pm next week

7:31- discussion about a dance on October 30th in Hamilton from 7 to 9 pm for $2

7:35- ideas discussed for camp plans for this Fall

7:36- for Investiture, a person needs to experience 1 group camp and 1 wilderness camp

7:40- How much is Coop? Does anybody owe money from previous camps including last year?

7:45- Menus: make new suggestions for meals

7:49- the handing out the flyers is back

7:50- we need to make a list for camp gear, for incoming and outgoing gear

7:55- need to get list of rides in future camps

8:00- Coop improvements?

8:05- does our group want to take a game at Coop or have Camp Staff run all of the games?

8:07- Ask Marla when is the Halloween party

8:12- Plans for Remembrance Day – bring a veteran – Adam's grandpa
