Attendance: Henry, Chris S, Jon, Rachel, Miles, Johnny, Frazer, Brittany, Teren, Lawrence, David, Dean, Adam, Gabe, Colin, Chris, Bob, Alex, Stephen, Marla. 7:00- Meeting starts.

7:05- Still arriving.

7:10- Henry explains we are playing a bridging event at All Sections Camp.

Lunch will be at our site.

7:15- We made $1486.40 from Apple Day.

7:20- Getting ready for the scouts to arrive.

7:25- 3085 Woodland Park drive 9am on Saturday the 4th

- We will do Lou Conant's home at 10:00 am on Saturday the 18th,

- 3039 Woodland Park drive at 10am on the 19th,

- 3053 South Drive at 8:30 am on Saturday,

- 3022 South Drive at 8:30 am on Saturday 26th

7:30- Scouts arrive to explain all sections camp.

7:35- game plans

7:40- game ideas: Checkerboard, Potato Sack Race, Snow Man Building Contest,

Tug of war, Group Skies, Q tip war, Balloon tag, Wheel Barrow Race.

7:50- our group splits into 2.

7:55- Teren talks about our first aid, $115 per person for 2 day training,

$75 for a one-day training - $85 + $25 if they come here to train you, $85 if you go there.

8:00- Leaf raking is almost over; ask around, Stephen send out flours. 8:05- Remembrance Day - Frazer's grandparent cannot come; neither can Alex's grandparent.

Therefore, Miles will book a speaker and Colin will check on one as well.

8:15- Jon has to change our Bylaws for camps.

8:20- Blues Jays game - respond we have an interest in going.

8:25- Church painting – Mid week of Christmas

8:30- Need to get C.J. money in

8:35- C. J. needs a response from us of who is going.

8:40- popcorn - sell more because there is not a lot of time left.

8:50- Money owed from last year, $32 from Jon, Leah, Liz, Stephen, and Henry.

Money from Co-op is $19 and still to pay still is Leah Rachel Jon Dean Lawrence

Henry Perteek and Heather. Those who owe $10 are Ashley, Nick, Gabe, and Christine.

8:55- send Adam's g-mail and google group invite.

9:00- Next we week make a menu for All Sections camp.
